What is Use Sybil?

Use Sybil is a personal administrator for Belgian independents: management-company directors, freelancers and small-company owners. Send Sybil, the assistant inside the app, any paper from work or home: a receipt, an invoice, a contract, an insurance offer, a fine, a tax letter or a bank statement. She says what it is, what to pay and by when, files it as Professional or Personal and connects each payment to its proof.

Use Sybil is not accounting software and does not replace your accountant. Every quarter, Sybil makes the Professional side ready for your accountant: a register, numbered proofs and the original e-invoices. Pro costs € 39 and ManCo € 69 per month, excluding VAT. The free trial needs no card.

Sound familiar?

Admin finds you at the worst moment.

At work and at home, the same things slip: a paper in a drawer, a date that passed, a payment nobody checked.

  • Work

Sunday evening, a shoebox of receipts.

Sybil Each receipt you send waits for its card or bank payment, and I connect the two. Nothing piles up for Sunday.

  • Work

Quarter end, and the accountant is chasing missing proofs again.

Sybil Before you close the quarter, I list the payments still without a proof, while you still remember them.

  • Work

Did that supplier always use this account?

Sybil When an invoice asks you to pay an account the supplier has not used before, I say Stop and hold the payment until you confirm.

  • Home(ManCo plan)

The notice date passed, and a contract I didn’t want renewed for another year.

Sybil I read the notice date in each contract you send and remind you while you can still cancel.

  • Home

A fine found in a drawer, a week after the deadline.

Sybil Send it the day it arrives. I tell you the amount and the date to pay by, and you pay in one tap.

  • Work and home

Company or private? And what does the company still owe me?

Sybil Every paper lands on its side, Professional or Personal. What you paid for the company from your own account is counted, ready to claim.

Sybil takes all of it off your desk, at work and at home, and tells you only when she needs you.

What you can send

Sybil does your admin. Work and home.

  1. The way in

    Send anything.

Forward it to your Sybil address, scan it on your phone or drop it on the page. Several papers in one file is fine.

    • One e-mail address for all of it
    • Scan on your phone, drop on your desk
    • Bank and card statements by forward or upload
  2. What comes back

    Know what it means.

For each paper, Sybil says what it is, what's due, to whom and by when, and what to watch.

    • Payment date and payment details
    • Notice dates and renewals; offers side by side coming soon (ManCo)
    • Stop when she can't vouch for who you pay
  3. The outcome

    Nothing left open.

Every payment finds its proof. At quarter end, one button: what's missing, what the company owes you, and the rest ready for your accountant.

    • What the company owes you, ready to claim
    • Ready for your accountant, Professional only

Is Use Sybil accounting software?

No. Sybil works before and around the books: she receives every paper, from work and home, says what it is and what's due, and connects payments to their proofs. Some call this pre-accounting. The books, VAT returns and annual accounts stay with your accountant, who receives a complete quarter.

Does this replace my accountant?

No. Sybil prepares, your accountant signs off. She saves them time by handing over a closed, complete quarter, ready for your accountant.

What can I send Sybil?

Any paper from work or home: receipts, invoices, Peppol e-invoices, contracts, insurance offers, fines, tax letters, bank and card statements. Forward it to your Sybil address, scan it on your phone or drop it on the page. Several papers in one file is fine.

What is the difference between Pro and ManCo?

Pro handles anything about your spending: expenses, invoices, receipts and tickets, fines, bills to pay with one-tap payment (QR), bank and card statements, what the company owes you and the quarter for your accountant. ManCo adds everything tied to contracts and how they relate: offers, notice dates, renewals and the payment calendar.

Business and personal in one app?

Yes. Every paper lands on the right side, Professional or Personal, and personal documents never go to your accountant.

Is my data safe?

Hosted in the EU, encrypted, never used to train AI. You see every access and can lock documents Sybil shouldn't read.

How long are my documents kept?

3 years in the vault. Each completed year comes back to you as a full, indexed export to archive. Your accountant can tell you how long the law asks you to keep them.

How much does Use Sybil cost?

Pro costs € 39 per month and ManCo € 69 per month, both excluding VAT. Pro includes 2 connected bank accounts or cards, ManCo includes 4. Each extra one is € 7 per month, only while it is connected. The free trial needs no card and runs until 25 documents or your first report.

Who is Use Sybil for?

Belgian independents who handle their own admin, work and home: management-company directors, freelancers and owners of small companies. It is not built for companies with a finance team, and your tax return stays your accountant's work.

Does Use Sybil handle Peppol e-invoices?

Yes. Both plans include invoicing and Peppol. Sybil keeps the original e-invoice and passes it on to your accountant with the quarter.

Does Sybil tell me what to do?

No. Sybil gives facts and dates, such as a notice period that opens or a bank account that changed, and you decide. She never recommends a product and never sells your data.

What happens after the trial?

You pick Pro or ManCo. If you don't, your account turns read-only and everything stays in your vault.
