Use Sybil reads the papers you send her, from work and home: bills, receipts, contracts, letters and bank lines. This page lists how that data is kept, who can see it and how you get it back.

Never used to train AI
Your documents are read to do your admin. They are never used to train AI models.
You see every access
An access log shows who opened what, and when. You find it in Settings, under Security.
Lock what Sybil should not read
You can lock a document. A locked document stays in your vault and Sybil does not read it.
3 years in the vault, then yours
Documents stay in your vault for 3 years. Each time a year is complete, you receive a full, indexed export, including the original e-invoices, to keep in your own archive. Your accountant can tell you how long the law asks you to keep them.
Personal stays personal
Every document is filed as Professional or Personal. Personal documents never go to your accountant.
Paid by you, and only by you
Use Sybil is paid for by its customers. Sybil never sells data and never pushes a product.
A stop before a wrong payment
When Sybil can't vouch for who you are paying (an unknown supplier, a changed bank account, an account name that doesn't match), she puts the payment on hold until you confirm.
