# Use Sybil

> Use Sybil is a personal administrator for Belgian independents (management-company directors, freelancers and small-company owners), for work and home. Send Sybil, the assistant inside the app, any paper: a receipt, an invoice, a contract, an insurance offer, a parking fine, a tax letter or a bank statement. She says what it is, what to pay and by when, files it as Professional or Personal, connects each payment to its proof and keeps the quarter ready for the accountant. It is not accounting software and does not replace the accountant. Pro costs €39 (EUR 39) and ManCo €69 (EUR 69) per month, excluding VAT.

- Every paper is filed as Professional or Personal. Only the Professional side ever goes to the accountant.
- Plans: Pro, €39 (EUR 39) per month excluding VAT: anything about your spending (expenses, invoices, receipts and tickets, fines, bills to pay with one-tap payment by QR code, bank and card statements, what the company owes you, the quarter for the accountant), 2 bank accounts or cards included. ManCo, €69 (EUR 69) per month excluding VAT: everything in Pro plus everything tied to contracts and how they relate (contracts and offers read on the facts, notice dates and reminders, renewals, the payment calendar; comparing offers side by side is coming soon, not live yet), 4 bank accounts or cards included.
- Each extra connected bank account or card costs €7 (EUR 7) per month, only while it is connected.
- Free trial: no card needed. Free until 25 documents or the first report. It starts with a Sybil Scan of the last quarter. After the trial, the account turns read-only unless a plan is chosen; documents stay in the vault.
- Data: hosted in the EU, encrypted, never used to train AI. Every access is logged and visible to the customer. Documents can be locked so Sybil does not read them.
- Retention: documents stay 3 years in the vault. Each completed year is returned to the customer as a full, indexed export, including the original e-invoices.
- Accountant hand-off: each quarter the accountant receives a register (CSV), numbered proofs (PDF), the original Peppol e-invoices (UBL) and a VAT summary. Professional documents only.

## What Use Sybil does not do

- It is not accounting software. It does not keep the books, file VAT returns or prepare annual accounts.
- It does not replace the accountant. Sybil prepares; the accountant signs off and stays in charge of the books and filings.
- It does not give advice. Sybil states facts and dates (for example a notice period that opens, or a bank account that changed); the customer decides. She never recommends a product.
- It does not sell data, and it does not use customer documents to train AI.
- It never sends personal documents to the accountant.
- It is not set up for tax rules outside Belgium, and it is not built for companies with a finance team.
